The balance of the invoice is due prior to delivery. A 25% no-refundable deposit is required to reserve product. The deposit can be used toward another event date. Event must be cancelled seven days prior to the event date. Tops Tents and Events requires a credit card to be placed on file at time of reservation. Renter authorizes that Lessor may charge renter’s credit card on file at time of reservation or prior to delivery or upon the return of the items. Renter further authorizes Lessor to charge credit card on file for any overtime, loss, or damage of equipment without further contact.
